Negotiation is an art that a student does not learn by reading the concepts. It has to be done in practice to gain this life skill. When a MUN delegate negotiates with other delegates for resolution or alliances, they have to interact and convey their message to other delegates. A delegate with good communication skills will be able to persuade lots of other delegates. You also have to create beneficial alliances to ensure that your resolution passes through.
