About FairGaze

FairGaze, established in 2016, is an integrated school engagement ecosystem that collaborates with schools, students, educators, and institutional partners to promote holistic student development beyond traditional academics. It focuses on balancing curriculum-based learning with experiential, skill-based, and wellbeing-oriented initiatives that prepare students for real-world challenges in a rapidly evolving, VUCA-driven world. With a strong vision to empower students as responsible global citizens, FairGaze has created significant impact—engaging over 11,00,000 students across 70,000+ schools through 70 events, 417+ workshops, and 21+ SDG campaigns.

Its approach emphasizes the development of essential 21st-century skills such as leadership, critical thinking, communication, and emotional intelligence through key pillars including School Media, Industry Bridge programs like the Student Journalist Scholarship Programme, Social and Emotional Learning via FortiSteps SELP, and leadership development through Model United Nations (MUN) initiatives. By integrating experiential learning with academics, FairGaze ensures that students not only excel in their studies but also grow into confident, capable, and future-ready individuals.

Through its collaborative approach with schools, FairGaze also supports institutions in managing newsletters, promoting sports and cultural events, and recognizing student achievements—thereby strengthening the overall school ecosystem.

In addition to its initiatives, FairGaze actively engages with leading institutions such as CBSE, NCERT, CII, PHDCCI, and FICCI, contributing to research, policy discussions, and dialogues on issues impacting the school community.

One of FairGaze's flagship initiatives in student engagement is its growing presence in the Model United Nations circuit. Through FairGaze MUNs, conferences, and training workshops, the organization has successfully engaged 1000+ schools, conducted 70+ MUN events and workshops, and impacted over 5000+ student delegates across India. These platforms are designed to nurture critical thinking, diplomacy, leadership, and global awareness, empowering students to become informed global citizens.

FairGaze remains deeply committed to social impact, with initiatives such as the ‘Safe School, Safe Children' campaign in collaboration with the Government of Haryana, which sensitized over 15,000 principals on addressing challenges related to online gaming and substance abuse.

About GGHS MUN 1.0

GGHS MUN 1.0, scheduled to be held on 9th and 10th May 2026, marks the inaugural edition of what is envisioned to be one of the largest and most intellectually immersive thematic Model United Nations conferences at the school level.

Centered around the theme “AI Shaping Politics, Economy and Global Governance,” the conference aims to bring together young minds to deliberate upon one of the most defining forces of the 21st century—Artificial Intelligence—and its far-reaching implications on global systems. From diplomacy and security to economic transformation and ethical governance, GGHS MUN 1.0 is designed to challenge delegates to think critically, debate passionately, and innovate responsibly.

The conference will feature a diverse and carefully curated committee lineup catering to participants across different experience levels, including junior, beginner, advanced United Nations committees, Indian parliamentary simulations, and dynamic special committees. Each committee is structured to ensure meaningful engagement, real-world relevance, and an enriching diplomatic experience.
